You can book Tipi Tent accommodation for Equinox at Wasing & can be booked here
All reservations are for 2 nights (Fri 20th & Sat 21st Sept 2024). You can check in at 12 noon on Friday 20th Sept & check out is at 4pm on Sunday 22nd Sept.
We offer 3 options:-
£380 1x Double Bed (up to 2 people occupancy for 2 nights)
£420 1x Double Bed & 1x Single Bed (up to 3 people occupancy for 2 nights)
£520 1x Double Bed & 2x Single Beds (up to 4 people occupancy for 2 nights)
What’s Included:-
– Beds & bed linen as per selected configuration above
– Limited power for charging phones (not suitable for heavier duty electrical items such as hairdryers)
– A light
– Access to nearby drinking water, loos & showers (shared access with the campsite)
What’s Not Included:-
– Towels
– Equinox weekend event & parking tickets (you’ll need to purchase these here)
– Food & Drinks (you’re welcome to bring your own to the tipi village but please note that it’s not permitted to bring it in to the woodland venue where the event takes place but there’ll be plenty of food & drinks vendors available)
Please leave your tipi tent in the same condition as it was presented upon your arrival. Your tipi tent will be inspected upon your departure & if any damage to the tipi tent or its fixtures and fittings are found by our staff, you will be liable for a charge of up to £300 which will be invoiced within 14 days of your visit. We accept not responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property brought to the venue. Please do not leave valuables in your tipi tent. BBQs, bonfires & naked flames are strictly prohibited. The price is based on hiring the entire bell tent for both nights & we do not offer reduced prices for half capacity. Tipi tents are available to Equinox weekend ticketholders only. Children & babies under the age of 18 years old are welcome to stay in the tipi tents provided that anyone under the age of 18 years old is accompanied by an adult at all times & must not be left in the tipi tents unattended. The car park is a 15 minute walk from the tipi tent village. You will need to be able to carry your luggage this distance so we recommend packing light.
