Wellbeing Offerings

Solstice offers a carefully curated collection of wellbeing offerings set in the woodlands of Wasing. Some are included within your general admission whilst others are intimate, small-group sessions that require advance booking. These offerings will be available to select soon.

Wild Swimming

Located at our Wild Swim Lake

Take a zingy dip in our woodland lake which lies at the heart of Wasing Estate. Surrounded by ancient trees, it’s the most serene spot to enjoy a rejuvenating swim and relaxing time in nature. Wild swimming is included with all Solstice general admission tickets so be sure to bring your swimwear and a towel if you fancy a splash.

Woodfired Sauna

Located at our Wild Swim Lake

After a swim in the lake, rewarm in our beautifully crafted, woodfired sauna. Its calming atmosphere with natural light from its panoramic window overlooking the lake makes it the perfect spot to unwind. The gentle heat of the wood burner, paired with cold water immersion in the lake, delivers powerful benefits for body and mind, helping to support circulation, ease achy muscles, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and strengthen immune response.

Woodland Meditation

Saturday 20th June 2026 1pm-3pm & 3.30pm-5.30pm

During this year’s Solstice at Wasing, we are offering you the chance to explore the ancient woodlands and be fully immersed in the healing properties of nature.

In today’s modern times it is so easy to become disconnected from our natural world.

Modern living can easily trigger the sympathetic nervous system, and without the chance to reset we can see an increase in chronic stress disorders.

Being immersed in nature reconnects us to the rhythms of the natural world and helps foster recovery from mental fatigue.

Mindful time spent in nature has been shown to boost our immune system, improve sleep, increase energy levels, reduce stress, and improve mental wellbeing.

Inspired by the principles of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, you will be gently guided through the woodlands, fully immersing in nature and awakening your senses.

These sessions will offer you the chance to slow down, be present and mindful, and to reconnect to this awe-inspiring planet.

All proceeds will go to The Greater Man Challenge.

Forrest Yoga

Saturday 20th June 2026 1pm-2.30pm

This 90-minute Forrest Yoga session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength. Forrest Yoga combines intelligent sequencing, a strong core focus, and deep breathing to build strength, release tension, and cultivate greater awareness in the body.

Through a grounding and energising practice, you will be guided to move with intention, awaken vitality, and deepen your connection to yourself. The session invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore the powerful relationship between breath, body, and presence.

Aligned with the spirit of the Solstice, this practice will also create space to honour the turning of the seasons – letting go of what no longer serves and welcoming renewed energy, clarity, and intention.

The session is open to all levels and offers both strength and nourishment, so that you leave feeling more connected, open, and revitalised.

Sunrise Yoga

Sunday 21st June 2026 7am-8.30am

This 90 minute sunrise yoga flow is intended to create a space of openness in body and mind. As we align with the roots of yogic tradition we will intertwine meditation, movement and mindfulness through the ancient system of Asana, Pranayama and Pratyahara. Through the shared space we will feel the individuality of the yoga journey in a shared community of support and care.

This energetic morning flow will incorporate balance, mobility and strength whilst giving awareness to the subtle changes in sensation as we teach the body to be safe in movement and thought.  Our classes are suitable for people discovering yoga for the first time or those with a developed self practice.

Honouring the shift of the seasons and welcoming in the Summer Solstice, this practice invites us to grow, to release, and to gently return to ourselves.

Jack discovered the practice of yoga whilst being based in London. He began to find space through mind and body with more awareness, despite the hustle and bustle of city life.

This discovery led him to journey to India, the Himalayas. The passion for the practice blossomed as he scaled 6000m mountains and lived in Yoga ashrams for 6 months.

Jack learnt the practice extends beyond the mat, it’s an appreciation for life, a connection to the grandeur of being and a perspective of gratitude.

For the last couple of years he’s lived in Cambodia and Sri Lanka sharing the ancient practise in a way he truly resonated with the lessons.

Rooted in the traditions whilst interpreting how to intertwine the lessons into modern day living is his passion and guiding principle.

Gong Bath

Sunday 21st June 2026 8.30am-9.30am

This immersive gong bath invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep rest through sound. Held within the heart of the woodlands at Wasing, this session creates space to pause, breathe, and settle into the rhythms of nature.

We begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle and bring focus to your intentions. This gentle introduction allows the body and mind to soften, preparing you to fully receive the experience that follows.

From there, you will be bathed in the sounds of the gongs and other instruments. Their rich vibrations move through the body and the surrounding space, encouraging deep relaxation while gently helping to realign your energy and bring you back into balance.

This session offers a moment to honour the turning of the seasons — a time to release what no longer serves and welcome a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and intention.

Open to all, the session offers a restorative and nourishing experience, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.

Monica is an experienced sound therapist, Reiki Master and Qi Gong teacher who specialises in immersive gong baths and sound journeys with her practice known as Luna Sound & Energy.

She intuitively weaves together gongs, drums, voice and other therapeutic instruments to create rich, meditative soundscapes. Each journey is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and gentle emotional release. Monica creates a space where people can fully let go, rest and reconnect with themselves.

Slow Restorative Yoga, Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

Sunday 21st June 2026 10am-11.30am

As we move from the gentle rebirth of spring into the vibrant, expansive energy of summer, this class invites you to reconnect with your inner fire – the spark of vitality, transformation, and radiant presence within.

We begin with 60 minutes of slow restorative yoga, designed to gently open the body while nurturing deep release. Supported postures are held for longer durations, allowing the nervous system to soften and the breath to deepen. Subtle, mindful movements and longer holds will focus on areas that stoke and balance the fire element – the core, heart space, and solar plexus – encouraging warmth, digestion (physically and emotionally), and a sense of inner clarity.

This is not a physically intense practice, but rather a quiet awakening – like embers gradually glowing brighter. Through stillness and support, you’ll cultivate a steady inner heat that energizes without depletion, helping you transition from the inward, blossoming quality of spring into the outward, expressive fullness of summer.

The practice will then ease into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep). Here, you’ll be invited to rest deeply as you integrate the work of the body and journey inward. This Nidra will be centred on themes of renewal, emergence, and embodiment of your fullest energy, supporting a conscious shift into the new seasonal rhythm.

As the body sleeps and the mind hovers in a state between waking and dreaming, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves from the past season and plant subtle intentions aligned with summer’s vibrant, expansive energy. Expect a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and quiet empowerment.

You’ll leave feeling:

  • Grounded yet energised
  • Rested yet awakened
  • Connected to your inner fire and creative life force

This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re seeking deep rest, gentle transformation, and seasonal alignment.
